Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy



A full refund can be given if any item including apparel/clothing if the order has not been processed yet. Once any apparel/clothing item has been processed, there are NO refunds.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly process an exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. Additional guidelines regarding exchanges are indicated below.



Online Exchange
To return your item(s) to the Online Store for an exchange:

  • Complete the exchange form and enclose it with your package.
  • If you are exchanging item(s), Complete the "Exchanges" section. Please Note: we will not be able to process your exchange and we will send your package back to you if you do not include this form with your return. Click Here for the ACM Exchange Form
  • Fully complete the exchange form and any information that is different from your original order.
  • Pack and seal the return form with the merchandise you wish to return securely in the original box. All returned merchandise must be unworn, no stains of any sort and in new condition with the original tags attached. Exchanges must adhere to the our policies, therefore the item cannot show any signs of wear or tear, stains of any sort and original tags must be attached or the full price of the item will be charged for the item exchanged and the replacement item.



Please retain the portion of the label with your tracking number. This number is required to track your return/exchange package. We will not be responsible for lost return packages without a return tracking number provided.



Checkout & PayPal Returns
Orders placed via Checkout or PayPal must be exchanged by mail through our Online Store within 20 days of the purchase date.



Return Tracking
You are responsible to pay for shipping back to our store. Once we receive the item(s) being exchanged, we’ll ship the new item back to you for FREE (this is a one-time prepaid replacement per our exchange policy)
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service to return your product such as UPS or FedEx. For a UPS store near you call 1(800) 742-5877. For a FedEx store near you call 1(800) 463-3339. We will not be responsible for lost return packages without a return tracking number provided.



Receipt of Exchanged Item:
Once we receive your exchange package, we will promptly process an exchange in accordance with our policy.

Exchanged Items must adhere to the following:
The item being exchanged cannot show any signs of wear or tear, stains of any sort and original tags must be attached or the full price of the item will be charged for the item exchanged and the replacement item.



Exchange Availability
All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.



Once we receive the item(s) for exchange, we will inspect the item to ensure that there are NO signs of wear or tear, stains of any sort and original tags are be attached. If the item(s) returned for exchange is satisfactory, a new item will be shipped and you will be notified via email of the incurred shipping charge of the exchanged item.



Balance Due
If your exchange results in a balance due, the original credit card will be charged (if paid via credit card) or an invoice will be sent(if paid via Paypal)for any balance due.



PayPal Exchanges
Orders placed via PayPal must be exchanged by mail through our Online Store and must adhere to our policy.



Rush Exchanges
To ensure that you receive your exchange item before it is sold out; we offer the option for a Rush Exchange. Rush exchanges are available for in-stock items only.



To Request a Rush Exchange:

  • Contact us by email at customerservice@aclothesmind.com.
  • Specify the item that you would like, as well as the color and size.
  • You will not be charged for standard shipping.
  • Your credit card will be charged for the new item(s) and we will process your refund once we have received your return package.
  • To complete your rush exchange, please follow our standard return procedure, and be sure to only fill out the return portion of the return form when sending in the items that you wish to exchange.



    Rush Exchange Process
    Once we receive your exchange package, two transactions will take place:

    • We will process a refund for your returned item(s) in the original form of payment.
    • A new order will be placed for the new item(s) you have requested (subject to availability). Your credit card will be billed once these new item(s) are shipped. At this time you may be contacted to provide verification or to update your billing information.



      Changes & Cancellations
      Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. We will try our best to accommodate your order cancellation or adjustment request if your order has not already been processed. However, once an order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.



      If you are interested in purchasing a different item or the same item in a different size and/or color, we suggest that you place a new order to ensure that you will receive the item while it is still available. Please refuse the original order at the time of delivery or use the enclosed prepaid return shipping label to send the original order or item back to us.
